Collections begin at $2999, with most couples spending between $4500 and $5900 depending on coverage.

We will walk you through the options and help you choose what fits, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

To keep our collections accessible and straightforward, we currently serve select locations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Limiting travel allows us to provide clear pricing and dependable coverage without additional fees.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes. We provide clear guidance on location options, outfit coordination, and timing to ensure your session feels organized and stress free. You can expect simple communication and straightforward direction every step of the way.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your retainer reserves your date and is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our agreement, you would receive a full refund.

We understand that life happens. If a reschedule becomes necessary, we will work with you based on our availability and handle each situation individually with care and clarity.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. Every photography collection includes high resolution digital images delivered through an easy to use online gallery with a full print release. You can download your images and print them wherever you prefer.

Each gallery is also connected to a professional print shop for convenient ordering of high quality prints. Custom designed albums are available as an add on to any photography collection if you would like a tangible keepsake of your day.

5.HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO WE NEED?

Most couples choose eight hours to comfortably cover getting ready through key reception moments. If you are planning a shorter or more intimate celebration, five hours may be a great fit. We are happy to help you determine what makes the most sense for your timeline.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course. We are always happy to see your Pinterest favorites or hear about must have moments. If something matters to you, it matters to us.

We will also guide you with poses and direction that feel natural and flattering, so your photos never feel stiff or overly staged. The best results come from a mix of your vision and our experience.

7. WILL WE MEET OUR PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Yes. Once your date is secured, we will connect you with the photographer assigned to your wedding. You will have the opportunity to communicate directly and feel fully prepared before your day arrives.

8. How long till I receive the final photos or video?

Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6 weeks of your celebration. Highlight films are delivered within 10 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you always know what to expect.

9. DO YOU HELP WITH OUR WEDDING DAY TIMELINE?

Yes. We provide guidance on building a photography timeline to keep your day flowing smoothly. While we are not wedding planners, we offer clear recommendations to ensure your portraits and key moments feel organized and unrushed.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WEATHER CHANGES?

Weather is one thing we cannot control, but we always come prepared with a backup plan. If rain or unexpected changes happen, we will guide you through adjusted portrait locations and timing to keep the experience smooth and relaxed. Some of the most beautiful and memorable images happen in unexpected conditions.

10. HOW DO WE BOOK?

A signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date. Because we limit the number of weddings we accept each season, dates are secured on a first come basis.

12.WILL THE FOUNDERS BE PHOTOGRAPHING OUR WEDDING?

Page + Fern Collective is proudly an associate led team. Your wedding will be documented by one of our carefully selected and trained photographers who follow our proven process and quality standards. While the founders may step in when availability allows, every couple receives the same organized experience and consistent style.
